As business professionals, we’ve heard how diversity, equality and inclusion benefit productivity, problem solving, free flow of ideas and the bottom line. But, how can we personally see the impact on our teams and across our organizations? In this module, we share approaches to heighten personal inclusion awareness and strategies to improve how we make connections, build belonging, and enhance relationships. We will explore intentionally inclusive practices that positively impact workplace culture and climate.
