“JT Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce that Vincent DiFrances, P.E., has joined the firm as a structural engineer. Vincent has over six years of WisDOT project experience in highway structure design and construction management and has participated in a wide range of projects, from local bridges to structures on the interstate system. He has a diverse background in replacement structures and rehabilitations and has design experience for all types of structures including bridges, box culverts, sign bridges, and retaining walls. Vincent has excelled in a lead structural design role and has successfully managed several projects from preliminary design through PS&E in the Local Bridge Program.”
