More firms than ever before are starting to focus on Diversity and Inclusion. Besides being the right thing to do, there’s also a very strong business case for having a D&I initiative. However, not every firm knows how to get a program started or has the resources to do the research or hire a consultant.
This virtual roundtable will feature companies that have already taken the plunge to develop a D&I program and are at various stages of development. Hear what process they went through to create their programs, the pitfalls they encountered, and the current state of their initiatives.
Hopefully by learning from them, firms wanting to get their initiative started will have a better concept of how to move forward.
