This Emerging Professionals EmPower Series session will provide a practical introduction to politics, advocacy, and the role engineers and engineering professionals can play in shaping the future of the industry.
During this session, participants will explore:
- Why politics and public policy matter to the engineering industry
- How ACEC Wisconsin advocates for engineering businesses and the profession
- Ways emerging professionals can become informed, engaged, and involved
- Key issues and decisions at stake in the November election
The session will be presented by Chris Klein, ACEC Wisconsin President & CEO. The program will include a presentation with time for participant questions.
