Lynch & Associates - Engineering Consultants, LLC is a full-service civil engineering and land surveying firm founded in 2010, with offices in Burlington and New Berlin, Wisconsin. A team of more than 20 professionals serves municipal, transportation, land development, construction management, survey, and geospatial clients across southeastern Wisconsin and, through the firm's 17-state licensure, nationwide.

The practice includes long-term retained municipal engineering for villages and towns; WisDOT design and construction management from STH corridors to the interstates; bridges and structures; subdivision and commercial site development; boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and topographic surveys; and 3D laser scanning. Signature work includes the East Troy dam removal and stream restoration, the USH 12 seven-bridge rehabilitation, and construction management on the I-41 North-South corridor.
