Organization Overview
Established in 1948, WAPA is a statewide, non-profit organization representing the interests of the asphalt industry in Wisconsin.
WAPA Members include producers of asphalt mixture (or asphalt concrete), suppliers of liquid asphalt cement, paving contractors who build driveways, parking lots, roads, and highways, and associate members who support the blacktop industry by providing quality materials and services.
Looking forward, WAPA’s Board of Directors provides strategic direction for our organization. We thank our Past Presidents who have provided guidance and stewardship for seven decades.
