ACEC WI Hands Out Two 2025 Chair's Awards

2025 was a special year - ACEC WI had the privilege of awarding two Chair's Awards to Dave Brose and Joe Bunker. Dave Brose of EMCS and Joe Bunker of Strand Associates led the charge on the importance of removing indemnification and duty to defend language from public contracts. They met with legislators and legal experts and helped guide our bill through the state legislator. This was a multi-year process and was finally signed into law by the Governor last April. The law is already improving business for our members. it was a special year that provided two excellent volunteers and we are pleased to have two winners of this prestigious award.
