It’s official! Governor Evers proclaimed February 22–28, 2026, as Engineers Week in Wisconsin.

Engineers Week is our opportunity to celebrate and recognize the engineers who design, build, and maintain the systems that strengthen our infrastructure, enhance public safety, and support a strong and resilient economy.

This year’s Engineers Week theme is Transform Your Future. The theme represents is a powerful reminder that engineering shapes our opportunities, our communities, and the futures we can imagine for ourselves and for the next generation.

Celebrate Engineers

    The Governor’s proclamation recognizes the critical role engineers play in Wisconsin’s growth and future.
  • Explore Engineering Excellence
    Visit the 2026 Engineering Excellence Awards Gallery to see how engineering firms across Wisconsin are delivering innovative, impactful solutions that improve safety, sustainability, and quality of life.
  • Show Your Engineering Pride
    ACEC Wisconsin’s Engineers Make It Happen stickers are available for Engineers Week. Use them in the office, at outreach events, or on your favorite water bottle or laptop.
  • View Artwork from Future Engineers
    Put a smile on your face and check out the Engineers Make WHAT Happen Coloring Contest artwork. Their drawings remind us that engineering is about imagination, innovation, and improving lives.

Advocate for Wisconsin’s Infrastructure

Engineers Week also highlights the importance of advocacy. Engineers bring real-world expertise to conversations about infrastructure investment, public safety, and economic development.

  • Participate in Legislative Day and help educate elected officials on engineering priorities.
  • Continue the conversation at the post-Legislative Day and Emerging Professionals Happy Hour, bringing engineers together to connect, reflect, and celebrate.
