Leadership Institute Class of 2027 Takes the Field
The kickoff to the Leadership Institute Class of 2027 was last week at none other than Lambeau Field. This iconic setting provided the perfect backdrop for Next Level Leadership: From Doing the Work to Leading the Way.
Jen Bertsch of LeadWell Consulting, who challenged participants to shift their focus from being technical experts to developing people and strengthening workplace culture.
The session explored:
- Identifying personal values to serve as our leadership compass
- Using Clifton Strengths Finder results to calibrate personal leadership style
- Discovering powerful questions to ask and questions that don’t help while coaching
- Strengthening emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Setting intentions and identifying next physical actions.
