"JT Engineering, Inc. (JT) is pleased to announce eight new shareholders.

Andy Block, PE is a Senior Project Manager and Office Manager based out of JT’s Green Bay, Wisconsin area office. Andy joined JT in 2010 after spending the majority of the first five years of his career focused on field work in construction administration, serving as a Project Construction Leader and Assistant Project Construction Leader. Since then, he has transitioned to the design side of engineering, working on transportation improvement projects throughout Wisconsin. Andy earned a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UW-Platteville and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. He is also a graduate of the Wisconsin chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-WI) Leadership Institute.

Brian Chlopek, PE is a Vice President based out of JT’s Green Bay, Wisconsin area office. Brian joined JT in 2009, bringing with him eight years of industry experience. Throughout his time at JT, he has played a crucial role in the growth and development of the company. With his in-depth knowledge of construction and design, Brian has been involved in constructability reviews for some of the largest projects in Wisconsin, including the Zoo Interchange and IH 94 North-South Freeway. He obtained a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan Tech and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. Brian is also a graduate of the ACEC-WI Leadership Institute.

Dylan Douglas, PE is a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader based out of JT’s Madison, Wisconsin office. In this role, Dylan leads teams in the design and construction administration of civil and transportation engineering projects. He has been instrumental in the growth of JT’s Madison office since he started his career in 2011. Dylan earned his BS in Civil Engineering from UW-Platteville and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Colorado. He is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA), where he serves on the Young Professionals Committee. Dylan is also a member of the ACEC-WI Government Affairs Committee and is a graduate of the ACEC-WI Leadership Institute.

Brad Groh, PE is a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader based out of JT’s Madison, Wisconsin office. Brad played an instrumental role in establishing the Madison office when he joined the firm in 2011 after five years of prior industry experience. His commitment to quality has helped ensure the office’s development and success over the last ten years. He takes great pride in mentoring the next generation of engineers and forging meaningful connections with clients and colleagues. Brad earned his BS in Civil Engineering from UW-Madison. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Minnesota and a Level 2 WisDOT Qualified Roundabout Designer. Brad also holds an elected position on the Transportation Steering Committee (TSC) for ACEC-WI and is a graduate of the ACEC-WI Leadership Institute.

Jedidiah Munroe, PE is a Senior Project Manager and Office Manager based out of JT’s Madison, Wisconsin office. Jed joined the firm in 2016, bringing with him 14 years of experience in construction management and roadway design roles for transportation projects ranging from small yet complex municipal improvements to large-scale highway projects. Jed is a Level 3 WisDOT Qualified Roundabout Designer who spent a decade of his career focused exclusively on roundabout analysis and design. He earned his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UW-Platteville and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, and Wisconsin. Jed is also a member of the ACEC-WI Transportation Improvement Conference Planning Committee (TIC) and is a graduate of the ACEC-WI Leadership Institute.

Jeremy Napiwocki, PE is a Senior Project Manager and Office Manager based out of JT’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin area office. Jeremy joined JT in 2017 and has been instrumental in building their presence in Southeast Wisconsin. With more than 16 years of experience, he utilizes his robust background in construction management to help WisDOT deliver some of the most complex projects in Southeast Wisconsin. Jeremy earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan Tech and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. He is also a graduate of the ACEC-WI Leadership Institute.

Sara Schoenmann, PE is a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader based out of JT’s Madison, Wisconsin office. Sara joined JT in 2016 and has played an integral role in mentoring staff in construction administration. With more than ten years of experience, her background in construction management includes work on large mega projects for WisDOT. Sara earned her BS in Civil Engineering from UW-Milwaukee, and she is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. She is also a graduate of the ACEC-WI Leadership Institute.

Doug Sina, PE is the President of JT Engineering and is based out of JT’s Madison, Wisconsin office. Doug began his career at JT in 2011 after ten years of prior industry experience. He led the charge in opening JT’s Madison, Wisconsin office as Southwest Regional Manager before becoming Vice President in 2016. Doug has been a leading force behind JT’s strategic growth and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations in 2020. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan Tech and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. Doug was appointed to the ACEC-WI Transportation Leadership Committee (TLC) in 2020. He has served as the Co-Chair for the TIC, has been involved in the Qualifications-Based Selection Committee (QBS), and is a graduate of the ACEC-WI Leadership Institute.
