Baxter & Woodman is pleased to announce that they have acquired Green Civil Design. Read the full press release below:

'Baxter & Woodman, Inc. proudly announces the acquisition of Texas-based engineering firm Green Civil Design (GCD), marking a strategic move to broaden the firm's influence in the Texas region, effective December 16, 2023. This acquisition will enhance Baxter & Woodman's water, wastewater  and site design services in the Austin area.

John V. Ambrose, President and CEO of Baxter & Woodman said, “The two companies share similar corporate values and will complement each other to make a stronger team.  We will combine the planning, design, and construction expertise of both firms to serve the needs of the growing Texas population.”

Effective immediately, Green Civil Design will operate under the name of Green Civil Design, a Baxter & Woodman company. GCD founders Kerri Peña, PE, Will Peña, PE and Mike Bevilacqua, PE will continue leading day-to-day operations, managing projects, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Baxter & Woodman currently operates two other offices in the state of Texas as well as 12 additional locations throughout the US.'
