'MSA Professional Services, Inc. (MSA), a 100% employee-owned multidisciplinary consulting firm, announced today the acquisition of ME3 Consulting Engineers, LLC, a leading Sarasota-based company specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design services.
Founded in 2007, ME3 has built a reputation for delivering top-tier client service, technical excellence, and innovative solutions across southwestern Florida. With nearly two decades of experience, ME3 prides itself in being clients’ trusted partner from schematic design through final construction, successfully leading MEP projects across diversified markets including commercial, educational, retail, faith-based, healthcare, and hospitality.
MSA and ME3 share a commitment to project excellence and building long-term client and partner relationships. This acquisition strengthens the firm’s MEP expertise throughout Florida and beyond — and complements the organization’s addition of Haddad Engineering, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida, in 2025.
