'raSmith has been honored as one of the nation’s Best Firms To Work For by Zweig Group for 13 consecutive years. This awards program represents the largest employee experience survey in the architecture, engineering, environmental, planning, and construction (AEC) industry.
Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline. raSmith ranked number 15 out of 34 winners in the category of companies with 100 to 199 employees (full time, as measured at the time of the survey). The firm also ranked number 34 out of 69 winners in the multidiscipline category.
