March 13 HR Forum Features H-1B Lottery Presentation

Nicole Schram, Boardman & Clark, will deliver a presentation offering a comprehensive look at U.S. work visas, tailored for an audience unfamiliar with sponsoring foreign talent.

The session will begin with insights into work authorization, followed by a concise exploration of the four primary skilled worker visas: F-1 student, TN Canada/Mexico, L-1 intercompany transfer, and H-1B specialty occupation.

Registration for the H-1B Lottery is open March 6-22, 2024. Even if you are not ready to jump in yet, this presentation will open future possibilities to unlock global talent.

In addition, the HR Forum includes time for open discussion and networking over lunch.
