The election for the 2025-26 Board of Directors is going on now through May 23. Each firm's key contact will receive information on how to vote for the nominated slate of candidates.

Election Process

Voting Deadline: May 23, 2025

Voting Power & Guidelines:

• Ballots are sent to one "key contact" per member firm. 
• The role of Chair (Tonia Westphal, Clark Dietz) and Past Chair (Mike Statz, MSA Professional Services) are continuing terms and not included in the slate of candidates for the upcoming fiscal year, July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026.
• A member firm’s voting power shall be equal to the ACEC Wisconsin Index Number, a formula provided by ACEC National and is based on the number of employees.
• 20% of voting members constitute a quorum. A majority of votes received shall be the act of the membership.
• Votes must be submitted by May 23, 2025 and the results will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
