A constant throughout the Leadership Institute series is the Class Advisor. Jan Zander (Ayres) served as Class Advisor for the Class of 2026 and Class of 2025. Jan’s guidance throughout the program played a vital role in shaping the experience, offering the real-world perspective, fostering connection among participants, and challenging the class to grow both professionally and personally. He brought immense value and perspective to the series and left a lasting impact on 48 of Wisconsin’s rising stars. Thank you, Jan!
