Dave Brose Inducted into ACEC College of Fellows

We are proud to announce that Dave Brose, PE, President of EMCS, Inc., has been inducted into the ACEC College of Fellows. Dave was officially recognized during the ACEC Fall Conference earlier this month in San Diego, California.

With more than 40 years of engineering experience, Dave has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout his career. Beyond his technical expertise, Dave has helped advance the profession through his longstanding ACEC WI service.

Dave has served ACEC WI in nearly every leadership role, including a term as Chair of the Board (2021–2022). Recently, his continued dedication to advocacy was instrumental in the successful passage of Wisconsin’s Indemnification and Duty to Defend legislation, a major milestone for the industry. Dave received the 2025 Chair’s Award for his role in advancing this important legislation. 

As a dedicated volunteer, Dave is active in many other professional and community organizations including the Transportation Development Association of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association and Waukesha Engineering Scholarship Fund.
