Leadership Institute Class of 2024 at Lambeau Field

The Leadership Institute Class of 2024 kicked off its first session at Lambeau Field. Now in our 18th year of the program, the Class of 2024 is our largest yet with 27 individuals from 21 member firms.

Session 1 focuses on leadership and specifically leadership withing Wisconsin’s engineering businesses. Industry consultant and presenter John Geddie leads this session titled A/E Firm Leadership: Know Thyself then Others. We get to know ourselves through the DiSC assessment and reflection. Lessons are then applied to motivating and leading others.

This module also features the Successful Firm Leaders panel discussion. The leadership series benefits greatly from the willingness of our members to share openly and honestly to advance Wisconsin’s engineering community. Many thanks to Ryan Schanhofer, KL Engineering; Josh Straka, Strand Associates; and Tonia Westphal, Clark Dietz for the candid discussion with the Class of 2024.

The energy and excitement of our largest class was apparent from the start. We look forward to being with the group for their Leadership Institute journey.
