'Oneida ESC Group (OESC) is pleased to announce that Todd Matheson has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager with a focus on transportation project delivery, planning, and strategic program development. He brings more than 33 years of leadership experience in both the private and public sectors, most of it at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), where he played a central role in shaping statewide transportation policy, project execution, and organizational strategy while serving in a series of senior leadership and advisory roles.

In the Engineering and Design Services team, Matheson will focus within Oneida Engineering Solutions (OES) and oversee transportation projects across Wisconsin and the region, bringing his deep understanding of project processes, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement to support clients in delivering high-quality, cost-effective infrastructure solutions. His experience in mentoring and developing emerging leaders, and in fostering collaborative empowerment and high-performing teams, aligns directly with the company’s commitment to technical excellence and community-centered engineering.
