Seven private company boards from across the nation were chosen to receive this year’s award and will be honored at the 2026 Private Company Governance Summit ® June 10-12 in Washington, D.C.
Private Company Boards of the Year awards recognize fiduciary and advisory boards that go above and beyond legal requirements to demonstrate exemplary business governance. Award winners share a dedication to serving their organization’s stakeholders and are models of organizational best practices and performance.
