'raSmith was recently recognized as a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplace for the 14th consecutive year, ranking fifth out of 58 firms in the midsize company category (150 to 499 employees) and received special honors for its "work/life flexibility.” This recognition marks the fourth year in a row that raSmith has ranked in the top five firms. The Top Workplace awards are based on employees’ responses to survey questions about the firm’s workplace culture, benefits, leadership, and overall employee experience.
