'CORRE, Inc. is excited to introduce the newest member of our construction engineering services group, Bill Koutnik, PE!

Mr. Koutnik joins our Oconomowoc office bringing over 19 years of construction engineering and inspection experience on various fast-paced and high-profile urban, interstate roadway, and bridge projects. Bill has worked in a leadership role on 12 projects in WisDOT’s Southeast Region, including serving in various leadership roles throughout the award-winning Zoo Interchange projects. Currently he is the project leader for two FoxConn Development Roads projects.

“We are thrilled to have Bill join our construction services group and provide a high level of support to our SE Region team. We are honored to be able to continue expanding our quality expertise and capacity throughout the state,” said CORRE President and CEO, Troy Gagner, PE.

Bill is a licensed professional engineer in both Wisconsin and Louisiana with a Master of Business Administration from UW – Whitewater and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from UW – Platteville. He founded the Wisconsin Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and currently serves on the board.  He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
