Certified Diversity Professional and experienced business leader Deborah Biddle leads us through an important conversation about recognizing our biases.
This module begins with discussions about culture and values and how they influence our biases. Participants will engage in lecture, discussions, and experiences to become aware of the impact of unconscious biases on themselves, colleagues, and workplace environment. They will also learn practical strategies to identify and counter their own unconscious biases.
